We are the Vilanculos operation of Bússola Azul Excursões — a Mozambican tourism and maritime transport company, head-quartered in Maputo.
Our story
From Maputo Fishing Portto the Bazaruto Archipelago.
Bússola Azul Excursões is a Mozambican company working in tourism and maritime transport, with its head office in Maputo and a branch in Vilanculos, in Inhambane province.
It was founded in 2021 by Mr Marcio Jerry de Sousa to provide tourism services, maritime transport, events at sea and tailored experiences.
It has broadened its work ever since — maritime transport, sightseeing trips, corporate events, private parties and celebrations — and today runs a fleet of 12 vessels.
In 2024 Bazaruto Boat Excursion was born: the Vilanculos branch’s operation dedicated to the Bazaruto Archipelago.
